McCain Needs to Follow the Nut Trail
Huh?
Over the past few months in his campaign, Obama has picked up a few nuts in his political basket that he must answer for. While many Democratic voters have absolved him of these nuts, McCain must force Obama to explain these nuts to those crucial undecided and Independent voters if he expects to win the election.

Nut #1: Rev. Jeremiah Wright. But hasn’t Obama already taken care of Rev. Wright by distancing himself from the reverend? Absolutely not. I’m sure many people who go to church have had disagreements with their pastor; however, saying you disagree does not explain why you would remain in a congregation for over 20 years listening to tirade after tirade of anti-American, racially dividing rhetoric and providing money in the offering basket in support of the parish and pastor with such hate speech. Questioning this does not inject race into the debate; it’s questioning the character of Obama on how he, a man of stature in his community, could justify sitting in a pew for so many decades while not checking his pastor’s hate speech.
Nut #2: Louis Farrakhan. If Rev. Wright isn’t bad enough, Farrakhan, the Supreme Minister of the Nation of Islam, puts Obama in even deeper hot water. Wright and Obama’s Trinity United Church of Christ honored Farrakhan with their Lifetime Achievement Trumpeteer Award in December 2007 for “his commitment to truth, education and leadership,” stating that, “When Minister Louis Farrakhan speaks, America listens.” Hmm, only one problem. Farrakhan’s truth includes Judaism is a “gutter religion,” Adolf Hitler was a “very great man,” and “white people are potential humans; they haven’t evolved yet.” Obama severed ties with Wright and his church less than two months ago; the award was given to Farrakhan ten months ago. In the words of Ricky Ricardo, Barry, “you got some ’splainin’ to do….” The following video recorded this week is very disturbing. Listen as Farrakhan likens Obama to a Messiah (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OowxMcVTjTE). As you listen, notice the crowd whom he is speaking to. He seems to suggest an uprising to come based on race and religion.

Obama failed to take the oath of allegiance when he turned eighteen (18) years to regain his United States Citizenship status.

Nut #7: Miner, Barnhill & Galland. While on the economic crisis–I don’t want to be the bearer of bad news, but the Messiah was the lawyer for Miner, Barnhill, & Galland that sued banks for not issuing enough subprime loans, including Citibank in 1994. Another example of how Obama has helped in putting a wrench in our economy.
Joe Biden
Nut #8: Joe Biden. Joe Sixpack is such a crazy character, isn’t he? He’ll slip his lip from time to time, and even insert his foot into his mouth. But ever since he was chosen to be Obama’s running mate, the Democrats have gotten amnesia. Wasn’t it Joey Boy himself who said that Obama wasn’t ready to lead? Why should we?
A Corrupt Organization Running the Nation
Nut #9: ACORN. Sometimes you feel like a nut…sometimes you are one. What does ACORN do? They register voters. Sounds patriotic enough. Only one problem. Somewhere along the line, the vision of ACORN was hijacked by left-wing nuts, where even this week, the Chicago chapter has admitted that they cannot rule out voter fraud from their practice. All that wind that’s blown around the Windy City must be hot air. But anyway, did you hear about the 4,000 voters they registered in Washington, DC? Yeah–only 6 of them were legit. But even more-so, not only do they fraudulantly register fake people like Mickey Mouse and Jive Turkey, but they are intimidating voters to vote for Obama. Besides the fact that they like the Donkey Party, why else might they be pushing Obama? Could it be that about twenty years ago, Madeline Talbot, the head of the Chicago division of ACORN, hired Obama to train her personal staff? And do you know what Obama trained the leaders in ACORN to do? How to get banks to issue subprime loans to families who couldn’t afford the homes. The sad part: the intimidation and pressure of ACORN on banks to issue these subprime loans was legal under the Community Reinvestment Act (government-run intimidation…don’tcha love it?), and not only that, but $100 million of our own tax dollars will go to ACORN in the government’s bailout plan for the economy. We fund government-run intimidation. But I digress.
How did I lose the 57th state?
Wednesday will be the big night for McCain. If there isn’t an October Surprise, then the debate itself must be McCain’s Surprise. If McCain doesn’t follow the nut trail and call out Obama on his nuts, he will surely lose the election. Americans are angry and we do want change. But the type of change we don’t need is from someone who’s carrying around a bunch of nuts. And it’d be different if there were one or two nuts–there are at least 9. I pray that McCain does follow the nut trail so that on the morning of November 5, Obama will be scratching his head thinking, “Man, how did I lose the 57th state?”
